Returns & Exchanges

At Baby Trend, we want you and your little one to love every purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn fashion items. All products must be in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original box or a secure mailer, ensuring all original garment tags and protective liners are intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
